How much is delivery?

We work very hard to keep our postage and packaging costs as low as possible and our delivery rates are as follows:

We also offer Free postage on orders over Orders over 40 Euros.

We know how important it is to get your products to you both quickly and securely and wherever possible we aim to despatch order within 1 working day of receipt of your order.

How is my order delivered?

We use Royal Mail Postal Service for our deliveries. This is then passed to
Please make sure that the shipping address that you provide us with is an address where there will be someone to accept your delivery. Your parcel will be kept at your local post office if there is no-one available to accept delivery. We will deliver to the address as you enter it so enter carefully!  If you can’t get down to the post office to collect your parcel it will be returned to us and unfortunately a further charge will be required in order for us to ship to you again.

What if my products arrive damaged?

We do ask our posties to be careful with your orders but in the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim for the loss or damage to goods in transit, please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the products in the case of damage and 14 days of the date of the invoice in case of loss. Claims outside of the above limits will not normally be looked at.

What if I want to return my order?

We hope that you are happy with your Crownbrush products but at the same time we also understand that sometimes things aren’t quite the right size, shape, colour etc.
If you want to return a product to us for any reason we offer a No-Fuss returns policy.

Simply return your products within 28 days of receipt of the products, unused and in its original packaging.  We ask customers to return items using a secure postal service and to please keep hold of your proof of postage until we receive the item back, as we are unable to help if the item doesn’t make it back to us.  If you have any queries regarding your return drop us a line at or 0044 870 2414406.

Why don’t you offer a Free returns policy?

The only way we could offer our customers free returns would be to absorb the returns costs into the price of our products which means everyone pays more. Here at Crownbrush we try to keep our prices as low as possible.

How do you process my refund?

All refunds are made via our secure on-line payment system. We don’t see your card details and the payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment or via PayPal. We are not able to refund any delivery charges unless the item is faulty.

How do I arrange an exchange?

If you would like to exchange an item then our same No Fuss policy applies. Simply return the item to us with details of the exchange you would like to make. If there is a difference in the price then we will contact you prior to processing the order and advise you of the additional cost and take payment (or partial refund if the new item is less). Please note that our standard shipping charges will apply to the new item.

Can I return an item which was on Sale?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on any items purchased in our sale unless they are faulty. Sale items are normally end of lines or discontinued lines which is why they are such bargains!
